Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in building and maintaining databases of brokers, customers, and potential leads.
  • Help in the development and enhancement of the CRM tool to track potential investors and key contacts.
  • Generate insightful reports and analytics to inform management decisions and track progress towards sales goals.
  • Support the business accounts payable function by processing invoices, coordinating payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assist in ad-hoc modeling, budgeting, and forecasting projects to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to aid in budget planning and financial performance assessment.
  • Work directly with the CEO on various estate-related tasks, including organization, bill payments, and other estate planning activities.
  • Ensure all estate-related responsibilities are managed efficiently and in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Assist portfolio companies in selling real estate products and services by providing support in sales strategies, customer engagement, and other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and conduct financial modeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are addressed
  • Keen eye for detail, ensuring that all entries are accurate and current to prevent errors that could affect reporting and decision-making.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related role.
  • Must have stable employment history
