Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers to discuss their financial software needs.
  • Identify and qualify potential projects based on prospect interactions.
  • Schedule online meetings between potential customers and Sales Representatives.
  • Utilize a cloud-based CRM system to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Achieve performance metrics, including:
    • Making 150+ dials daily.
    • Engaging in 15-20 meaningful conversations with decision-makers per day.
    • Maintaining 2+ hours of talk time each day.
    • Identifying 3-5 sales qualified leads per week.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business operations, particularly in finance and accounting.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks and management of time to meet performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Ability to build and leverage professional networks for referrals and introductions.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and present appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in e-commerce and B2B outbound sale.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
