Customer Support Specialist 4

The Customer Support Specialist 4 will actively be reaching out to individuals who have expressed interest in personal financial planning and credit services. Through outbound calls, you will engage with potential clients, conduct financial consultations, and offer tailored advice to help them achieve their financial goals. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial planning principles and credit management.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to individuals who have submitted inquiries through the company’s website regarding personal financial planning and credit services.
  • Introduce the company’s debt relief programs, explain the services offered, and build rapport with potential clients.
  • Provide details on eligibility criteria, program benefits, and the overall debt resolution process.
  • Tailor recommendations based on the client’s financial circumstances and the type of debts they are managing.
  • Address additional questions, concerns, or objections raised during follow-up calls.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outbound calls and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards during outbound calling activities.

Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the financial or debt management industry.
  • Quick learner -must have the ability to understand debt management principles and policies.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
  • Familiarity with various debt relief options and financial products.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center tools.

Screening Criteria

  • At least two (2) years of experience in conducting outbound calls or outbound sales.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
