Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students.
- Utilize an auto dialer (www.kixie.com) to make roughly 250-300 outbound calls/day to build relationships with prospective enrollees.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and deadlines.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with candidates to understand their academic goals, interests, and aspirations.
- Guide candidates through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, including application preparation and submission.
- Assist candidates in gathering required documents, such as transcripts, recommendation letters, and test scores.
- Provide guidance on scholarship and financial aid opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application progress.
- Ensure that candidates meet all application deadlines and requirements.
- Collaborate with admissions officers at partner institutions to facilitate the review and decision-making process.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep candidates informed about important updates, deadlines, and events.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Compile and analyze data related to candidate demographics, application trends, and outcomes.
- Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of admissions strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence.
- Strong understanding of the Sales Cycle as a foundational skill for the role.
- Experience using any auto-dialer software is advantageous.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in auto dialing and/or outbound calls.
- Must have a stable employment history.
