Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of various project-related documents and applications.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining project records.
- Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events related to projects.
- Maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
- Generate regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring organization, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to other teams and functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Has experience as a Project Coordinator or Scheduler role.
- Has experience working with Renewable Energy, Solar, or Construction industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
Screening Criteria
- At least two (2) years of administrative work experience
- Must have a stable employment history.
