Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of various project-related documents and applications.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining project records.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events related to projects.
  • Maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Generate regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring organization, accessibility, and confidentiality.
  • Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to other teams and functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Has experience as a Project Coordinator or Scheduler role.
  • Has experience working with Renewable Energy, Solar, or Construction industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus

Screening Criteria

  • At least two (2) years of administrative work experience
  • Must have a stable employment history.
