Responsibilities
- Accurately input and organize sales data, client information, and other essential records.
- Assist in preparing and submitting client documents, contracts, and sales reports in a timely and error-free manner.
- Be available through a screen-sharing platform during work hours to assist the sales representative with on-the-spot tasks and administrative needs.
- Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up to date.
- Help manage and prioritize daily tasks to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Assist with written communication and emails, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all correspondence.
- Offer proactive support to streamline processes and anticipate the sales representative’s needs throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Prior CRM experience for data input and management.
- Strong ability to focus on accuracy and completeness, especially in data entry and document management.
- Comfortable with screen-sharing platforms and remote communication tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and act on them with minimal direction.
Screening Criteria
- A minimum of high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience as an administrative or sales support role.
- Must have a stable employment history.
