Responsibilities
- Receive and process CSV files containing credit card transactions for 9 company credit cards each month.
- Update and maintain the import template with all necessary field data provided by the Forum team.
- Accurately transfer credit card data from CSV files to the designated import template.
- Collect notated receipts from Forum employees via email or upload.
- Match receipts to corresponding credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy.
- Populate the required fields in the import template with transaction and receipt details.
- Report any unreported items to Forum Accounting for further clarification.
- Complete the template once outstanding items are clarified and submit it for review and import by the accounting team.
- Populate a blank import template with any receipts that are not matched to a credit card statement.
- Enter the required information in the import template based on receipts provided by executives.
- Submit the completed OOP template to Forum Accounting for review and import.
Qualifications
- Proficient in accurately entering data and maintaining templates to support efficient financial processing.
- Skilled in reviewing and matching transactions with corresponding documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Proficiency in handling CSV Files and templates to efficiently process and transfer data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensuring all financial data is accurate and organized.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills for effective communication with team members across the organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with various internal teams and accounting personnel to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a finance or accounting role preferred.
- Must have a stable employment history.
