Responsibilities
- Oversee daily account activities and requisitions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accounts are managed efficiently and in compliance with established standards.
- Assist account managers in tracking and reporting on key metrics and account performance.
- Post job postings and manage social media websites to support recruitment efforts.
- Process and save purchase orders in a timely manner to facilitate seamless operations.
- Assist in consultant retention tasks to foster a positive work environment and enhance consultant satisfaction.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Duties and responsibilities can change depending on business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
- Experience with recruitment is a plus.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in client support, account management, or administrative roles.
- Must have a stable employment history.
