Account Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily account activities and requisitions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure accounts are managed efficiently and in compliance with established standards.
  • Assist account managers in tracking and reporting on key metrics and account performance.
  • Post job postings and manage social media websites to support recruitment efforts.
  • Process and save purchase orders in a timely manner to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Assist in consultant retention tasks to foster a positive work environment and enhance consultant satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Duties and responsibilities can change depending on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Experience with recruitment is a plus.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in client support, account management, or administrative roles.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
