Responsibilities
- You will be a pioneer team member for a new team for an established US company.
- Data entry and document management within the real estate context, following industry-specific workflows.
- Check systems for incoming orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Receive, process, and verify orders, including reviewing property names and relevant details.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy, following up on any missing items.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Manage the transfer of documents via email or secure platforms like Dropbox.
- Upload and organize documents within the system for easy retrieval.
- Verify the completion of orders and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Prepare requests for payment and ensure timely processing.
- Provide general email responses to clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft applications for efficient data processing and adept at navigating and manipulating PDF documents.
- Willing to learn complex proprietary software ware system used in US real-estate market
- Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, showcasing a proactive approach to learning and a willingness to seek clarification through thoughtful questions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting adaptability and resourcefulness to meet tight deadlines.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least (2) years of experience in data entry and or document management
- Must have a stable employment history.
