Responsibilities
- Utilize electronic technology to receive, organize, prioritize, and transmit information (i.e. phone, fax, emails, insurance online portals, etc).
- Enters accurate patient information into the client tool
Qualifications
- Has a high level of attention to detail and holds the notion of confidentiality in the highest regard.
- Proficient in typing atleast 30 50 words per minute.
- Knowledge in operating basic computer software (MS Word and MS Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem solver and team player.
- Flexible with the schedules and training (holidays & weekends).
- Experience in handling multiple demands.
- Ability to enter data and text and manage database functions such as sorting, filtering, retrieving, and updating.
- Can work independently/ with minimal supervision.
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- At least 1 year work experience in a BPO setting doing data entry.
