Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of various project-related documents and applications.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining project records.
- Support the coordination of meetings, workshops, and events related to projects.
- Maintain open lines of communication and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
- Generate regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, ensuring organization, accessibility, and confidentiality.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to other teams and functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Clear and coherent in both verbal and written communication skills to handle customer inquiries and build positive relationships.
- Familiarity with standard office tasks such as filing, answering phones, and email correspondence.
- Proficiency in computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace to enhance productivity and carry the role effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
