Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying top-tier talent, and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various accounting roles within our organization.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific accounting staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively source, identify, and attract highly skilled accounting professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure the highest caliber of accounting professionals are selected.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and initiate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other relevant tools to maintain accurate and organized candidate records and hiring metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes, optimize time-to-fill, and enhance candidate experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to drive informed recruitment decisions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Provide daily and weekly recruitment summaries to hiring managers.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of the company’s reputation as an employer of choice within the accounting sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, candidates, and external partners, fostering a positive and collaborative recruitment environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting roles, healthcare roles, industry trends, and skill requirements, enabling effective candidate assessment and engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in building diverse candidate pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding recruitment goals and objectives.

Screening Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business Administration, or a related field
  • At least three (3) years of dedicated experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for accounting positions or clinical, administrative, and specialized healthcare roles.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
