Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and communication of employee and labor relations programs and procedures; monitors the effectiveness of the programs and policies and recommend modifications as needed.
- Compile information and statistics on the economic impact of proposals of both labor and management.
- Provide information regarding grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, and other employee relations practices to the management.
- Participate in meetings between labor and management to discuss and attempt to resolve issues of mutual concern.
- Gather initial information from employees regarding work-related problems, evaluates issues, and refer the issue for appropriate action.
- Responsible for pulling and analyzing HR employee statistics and progress reporting.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Assist Engagement Office in designing and implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management ,or other similar degree.
- At least 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Amenable to work on site and on shifting schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Can create reports from raw data using MS Excel and can create presentations for leaders and employees.
- Full understanding of all HR Functions and best practices like employee relations and employee benefits
- In depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and practical application of the same on HR practices
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
