The Customer Support Specialist provide exceptional customer service and support by welcoming new members into our company, providing detailed information regarding our services, and assisting with home qualification and credit-related questions and processes.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and performing calls for new members.
- Assessing where members are on the path to homeownership and providing information on available services within our program.
- Assisting with obtaining credit information, verifying account information, and activating online services.
- Scheduling legal consultations provided within our legal plan.
- Following up with members after legal consultations to ensure their concerns were addressed and identifying any other actions needed.
- Processing member payments.
- Responding to incoming email messages.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Debt Cleanse websites, content, products, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate empathetically and professionally to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain excellent documentation in member files regarding all conversations and account details.
- Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Can effectively de-escalate situations and offer resolutions when needed.
Screening Criteria
- MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
- At least one (1) year of work experience in making outbound or receiving inbound calls.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish speaking)
