Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the order process by working with inside sales to set up orders and scheduling them with the appropriate manufacturing/development team.
  • Maintain the schedule for pre-production system delivery and communicate the delivery status with the PMO.
  • Escalate any quality issues and assist in driving them to resolution.
  • Capture product and customer requirements for new product introductions and manufacturing product launches.
  • Understand project goals, including timeline, budget, and scope, and articulate project phases, tasks, dependencies, timeline, and budget within the PMO.
  • Identify and communicate project issues and risks.
  • Process internal documentation and requests to complete project tasks according to the project plan.
  • Independently drive the successful completion of assigned tasks, tickets, and projects.
  • Maintain project documentation in an organized, electronic manner and keep a project history for future reference and analysis.
  • Provide backup support to colleagues as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in utilizing manufacturing systems such as Syteline, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms is essential to effectively navigate project requirements and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Windows Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to efficiently generate reports, analyze data, and communicate project-related information.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to convey project requirements, updates, and issues to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships to facilitate project success.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to work in an environment prone to deadlines and shifting priorities demonstrating resilience and flexibility in response to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to make informed and effective decisions under pressure, utilizing available information and resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Screening Criteria
  • Associate’s degree in a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Materials, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Must have a stable employment history.
