Patient Registration Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Collect and manage accurate patient information during the registration process.
  • Input data from patient registration forms into the provider’s management database.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to regulations.
  • Perform data audits and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Can type patient information with accuracy and finish tasks assigned efficiently.
  • Ability to decipher handwritten documents.
  • Can work onsite on a morning shift PH time.

Screening Criteria

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in medical billing or a related financial role.
  • Must have stable employment history
