Responsibilities
- Collect and manage accurate patient information during the registration process.
- Input data from patient registration forms into the provider’s management database.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to regulations.
- Perform data audits and contribute to process improvement.
Qualifications
- Can type patient information with accuracy and finish tasks assigned efficiently.
- Ability to decipher handwritten documents.
- Can work onsite on a morning shift PH time.
Screening Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in medical billing or a related financial role.
- Must have stable employment history
