Digital Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management:

  • Execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Check and respond to social media messages and comments daily.
  • Follow social media SOP for posting guidelines to ensure maximum visibility
  • Produce monthly social media reports by brand showing

1. Most viewed social media posts

2. Conversion rates to appointment from social media

2. Content Creation:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing material for brand awareness, to effectively communicate our services and to educate/inform our audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather information for content development.

3. Communication Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between different ophthalmology practices within our network.
  • Work closely with the Communications and Marketing Managers to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across practices.

4. Graphic Design

  • Create all graphic design pieces in collaboration with Marketing Managers
  • Manage all graphic design requests / tickets

5. Video Content Creation

  • Create video content for platform

1. Social media content

2. Biographies for new physicians

3. Educational content

  • Edit video content as needed
  • Use AI to produce quality videos & content (send all content to operators/ marketing team for approval & review)
  • Collaborate with operations to integrate vide content into patient facing platforms (IE email templates, texting templates)
  • Build out patient pre-education libraries for each physician
  • Manage Rendia content across platform & work with local operators to build out content libraries for physicians
  • Build custom playlists for physicians across UVP platform
  • Manage YouTube channels/ ensure all video content posted on YouTube & tagged for maximizing SEO for brand keywords

6. Online Reputation Management

  • Work with marketing manager to respond to patient complaints
  • Coordinate feedback with operations team

7. Yelp

  • Working with local marketing liaisons to contact patients for organic Yelp reviews
  • Respond to all reviews for the platform (use Chat GPT to respond to all reviews- positive/ negative)

8. Directory listing management

  • Assist with optimizing physician and location directory listings

9. Weekly and monthly reporting

  • Support team as needed for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

10. Monday.com

  • Create updates on projects & keep lists up to date with new surgeons/physicians/locations

11. General website edits- assist Senior Marketing Manager with general website edits

12. Blog Management

  • Manage and post blog content for practices below based on optimizing desired keywords for the practice

Qualifications

  • A fundamental understanding of office management practices and marketing principles to support the marketing team effectively.
  • Ability to efficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and the ability to use databases for gathering valuable market insights and data.
  • Excellent knowledge of various software tools, including MS Office (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), marketing software, and online applications.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, online analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages and ideas.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing materials, content, and reports.
  • Adaptability to evolving tasks and priorities in a dynamic marketing environment where projects and campaigns may change or evolve.
  • Proficiency in standard software packages and a willingness to learn company-specific software if required to streamline marketing processes and data analysis.

Screening Criteria

  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
  • High school diploma or Graduate of bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) to two (2) years of work experience as a Marketing Assistant
