Responsibilities

  • Reach out to company representatives (HR or other contacts) to obtain information to complete verifications.
  • Creatively solve problems to complete verifications within designated time frames.
  • Build professional relationships through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, online forms, fax) with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and navigate through different systems for an efficient workflow.
  • Self-manage the pipeline of verification inquiries and workload according to incoming request volume.
  • Understand the nuances of income and employment verification to continually present solutions to improve the process or identify bottlenecks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the verification process.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance verification workflows and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to verification procedures.
  • Provide support and assistance to clients and colleagues regarding verification inquiries and issues.

Screening Criteria

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • At least one (1) to (2) years of experience in previous roles with a demonstrated track record of staying with companies.
  • Must have stable employment history.
