Customer Support Specialist 3

Responsibilities

  • Performs booking while on the call with the guest.
  • Performs inbound and outbound calls to guests to validate booking details or updates.
  • Sends out table allotment, caters to guests’ requests, and relays check-in time to guests.
  • Sends emails to hotels and affiliates for pax count and table assignments.
  • Calls potential guests to offer available bookings from the waitlist.
  • Coordinates with clients related to bookings and protocols.
  • Provides the best customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Has blended experience in emails and inbound and outbound calls.
  • At least 1 year experience in a CSR role
  • Experienced in handling customer information and processing payments while on call
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Good at handling customer complaints
  • Good in decision making
  • Someone who is adaptive to change and a fast learner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Someone who pays attention to details and can relay instructions effectively ( Eg. Providing instructions to the guests, Utilizing google maps if needed, providing airport details, and weather details)
  • Strong communication skills with minimal grammar errors

Screening Criteria

  • MUST HAVE STABLE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY.
  • 1-year experience in a CSR role
  • Good Job stability (at least stayed with the previous company for two years)
